Top Eight Ways to Build Your Dreams with Vitalistic Resolutions

Although vitalists believe in letting things flow naturally, you must still help the process along. Think big first, then follow your big dreams with action. Start by choosing three goals and focusing on them clearly. Write down the incremental steps to accomplish them. Following the steps will work, even though some are very small.

Set yourself up for success with positive morning and bedtime rituals. If you fall asleep consciously thinking about your goals, your unconscious will prepare you for success all night. Set aside some time in the morning to work on your goals, before you dive into the day’s activities, even if it’s only 20 minutes.

There is always something you can cut out to make more room for your goals, like just a little less internet time. And gratitude does wonders in creating abundance. Consciously thank people or write a gratitude journal.
